FAQs

Does it hurt?

Let’s be honest, in most cases I am sticking a needle in your face, so it doesn’t exactly tickle - but that’s not to say it’s painful. I use a number of methods to make your treatment (whatever it is) as comfortable as possible; numbing cream, stress balls, ice packs, distraction tactics… you name it we can try it to make sure you enjoy the treatment.

What’s the best way to book an appointment?

Online! You can book time in my diary by clicking the link here.

What kind of downtime is required after a treatment?

We advise no exercise or alcohol for 24 hours following treatment.

You must not touch the treated area or massage after treatment.

Swelling and bruising is normal following dermal filler and treated areas can take two to three weeks to settle.

Are the effects of Dermal Filler reversible?

Dermal filler will naturally break down over a 12 month period, however on the rare occasion you decide it’s not for you , filler can be dissolved with an injectable enzyme called Hyluronadaise and is hydrolysed within 48 hours.

A £50 deposit is due to secure your booking, which is then taken off your balance that you can pay by card, cash or bank transfer in the salon.

Strictly over 18s. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 then I will need to see some proof of your age in order to continue with the treatment.
